Do you love helping customers find custom solutions to their manufacturing challenges? Do you know how to develop customer relationships so you are the first one they call? Can you build trust to get inside target pricing?

If communication is your superpower and solving client challenges excites you, we want you on our team! You must have success selling to business owners, product leaders, procurement managers, and supply chain decision makers with moderate resistance in a 2 to 3 call close. You build trust in the first 5 minutes and foster relationships to drive results. Prospecting comes second nature to you, and new business is your first love. You should excel at breaking into and prospecting new divisions, uncovering key decision makers, and growing existing customer accounts. You have a keen ability to uncover hidden strategic buyer’s contact information in large businesses You are highly motivated, have goals and you work great with team members who are ready to help take you to the next level. You are a self-starter, able to work in a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-person collaboration for maximum impact and growth. You can jive well with engineering leaders to find solutions for their products but you love leading the sales process from prospecting to close.

Your experienced with clients ranging from 10-500m in size and are ripe for development, growth, and opportunity. You understand rapid delivery in the following offerings prototyping, short and long run production, engineering, assembly, kitting, welding, machining, laser cutting, and sheet metal to be helpful. Ownership is poised for aggressive growth and is prepared to offer strong incentives for this position, and you have earned at least $80-90K in a variable comp plan and have a strong desire to earn more.
